Kopassus, (a portmanteau of "Special Forces": or "Special Force Command" is the Indonesian Army's special forces. Groups that conduct special operations missions for the Indonesian government, such as direct action: the conventional war, sabotage, counter-insurgency: the counter- terrorism, and intelligence gathering. Kopassus was founded on April 16, 1952. Ability that does not rely too much on advanced technology and skills above - average elite troops overseas became a plus other than KOPASSUS. It's also what causes a soldier KOPASSUS assumption is equivalent to 5 Regular soldiers!
Perhaps because it is also why some of the 90's the United States and Australia objected fear when Indonesia will increase the number of members of Kopassus.
